Megan is a High-Performance Coach and professional beach volleyball player representing Canada. She is committed to health and wellness in her own life and is enthusiastic about sharing her experiences and knowledge with others.

With a background in business and finance, she became interested in corporate wellness and, as a result, became a:
-Precision Nutrition Certified Health Coach,
-A Certified Yoga Instructor,
-A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach
-And a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
Transitioning from a farm in Saskatchewan to Team Canada in Toronto, she is a self-proclaimed “goals specialist” and can help you find clarity and direction with your big dreams.
